Agreement
By using https://zvestateservices.com or booking services with ZV Estate Services, you agree to these terms. If a written estimate or work order for your job says something different, the written estimate or work order controls for that job.
Our services
We provide estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanouts, foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, realtor turnover, whole house and rental cleanouts, donation coordination, recycling, and help identifying items with resale value. We may introduce you to independent dealers or contractors. Those businesses are not part of ZV and are responsible for their own work.
Estimates and pricing
Every price is based on an in-person walkthrough. Website content and phone conversations are not quotes. Your written price covers the scope we agreed at the walkthrough. If the scope changes, for example items are added or conditions differ from what we saw, we will tell you and agree any change with you before doing the extra work.
Your responsibilities
- Confirm you have the legal right to authorize the work and the removal of the contents
- Remove, or clearly mark, anything you want to keep before the crew arrives
- Tell us about hazards we should know about, such as mold, pests, sharps or structural issues
- Provide access to the property, parking for our vehicle, and working utilities where needed
Items we do not handle
Some materials require a licensed specialist, including biohazards, certain chemicals, asbestos and other regulated waste. We will identify these at the walkthrough where we can and refer you to a qualified provider.
Donations, recycling and disposal
We route usable items to donation and recyclable materials to recycling wherever practical. Charities make their own decisions about what they accept. Items that cannot be donated or recycled are disposed of at licensed facilities.
Resale value and credit
When we identify items with resale value we will tell you before they move. Any credit applied against your cleanout is agreed with you in writing. Valuations are opinions, not appraisals, and we do not guarantee any sale price.
Scheduling and cancellation
We will agree a date with you in writing. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can. Any cancellation terms for a specific job will be set out in your written estimate.
Liability
We are licensed and insured and we take care in every property. We are not responsible for items left in the property that you did not remove or mark to keep, for pre-existing damage or wear, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
